Selection Process: Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment
Agniveer Recruitment 2024 will be carried out in two
phases
Phase 1- This phase will be Online
Common Entrance Exam at designated computer based test centres spread
across India.
Phase 2- This phase will be a recruitment rally
organized by Army Recruiting Offices (AROs).This phase consists of Physical
Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Adaptability Test & Medical
Examination.

Terms & Conditions: Indian Army Agniveer
Recruitment
Candidates applying for Agniveer Recruitment 2024
must read the below mentioned terms & Conditions before filling up the
online application form.
1. Agniveer will join in the Indian Army under Indian army
Act 1950 for four years. AGNIVEER would
form a distinct rank in the Indian army which will be different from any other
existing ranks. Indian army is not bound to retain Agniveer after a period of
four years.
2. After completion
of four years of service, as per the organization’s requirements by the Indian
army, Agniveer will have an opportunity to apply for permanent
position in the Indian Army.
3. Employability. Agniveer joined under this entry will be
assigned any duty in organizational interest, at the discretion of the Indian
army.
4. Training. On joining, Agniveer will be given military
training based on Indian Army requirement.
5. Leave. The following leave will be applicable for
Agniveer during their service period: - (a) Annual Leave: 30 days/ year. (b)
Sick Leave: Based on medical advice.
6. Medical and CSD
Facilities. During their service period in Indian Army, Agniveer will be
entitled for medical facility at Service Hospitals as well as CSD provisions.
7. Pay, Allowances and Allied Benefits. Agniveer joined
under this scheme will be paid an Agniveer package with a fixed yearly
increment. In addition, Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in Indian
Army), Dress and Travel allowances will be paid.
8. Terminal Benefits – After 4 years of service Agniveer
will get Seva Nidhi Package. They will be given onetime ‘Seva Nidhi’ package
comprises of their monthly contribution with matching contribution by the
Government on completion of their service period, as mentioned below:
