NHIDCL DM(Tech) Recruitment 2025: National
Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) is a central public sector
enterprise (CPSE) established in 2014 under the Ministry of Road Transport and
Highways, having its branches across India. NHIDCL invites online applications for
recruitment to 34 posts of Deputy Manager (Technical) in E2 Grade of IDA pay
scale. Online application window for these posts opened on 4th
October, 2025 and the last date to apply online is 3rd November, 2025.

Process
Candidates who
have applied for the Deputy Manager (Technical) post, selection will be based
on best of the GATE scores in Civil Engineering, obtained in any of the year
viz. 2023/2024/2025. For this, candidates are advised to provide best of the GATE
scores obtained in any of these three years (mentioned above) in the online
application form. In any case candidates having equal GATE scores, then
selection will be in chronological order of their dates of birth, with the
oldest being selected first amongst them. If date of births of the candidates
are also the same, then their selection will be in alphabetical order of their
first names as it appears in their 10th board Certificate.
Preparation of Merit List -
List of selected
candidates based on merit will be prepared by the Selection
Committee(s)/Recruitment Authority of NHIDCL. Such list shall be suitably
communicated to the candidates and/or notified by the Company in the company's
website.
Placement - Candidates selected for DM(Tech) may
be posted anywhere in India or outside. NHIDCL at present operates through 14
Regional Offices in different states/UTs.
Probation:
i. Candidates
selected DM(Tech) are required to undergo a two-year probation, extendable
based on circumstances for maximum of two years, one year at a time, as
specified in the Appointment Letter.
ii. On Probation
candidates may also be required to successfully complete mandatory training, if
any, prescribed for confirmation.
iii. During
probation, the services may be terminated with notice, or the probationers may
also resign with notice as specified in the Appointment Letter.

Registration Process

Candidates applying for reserved category for unreserved posts will not be eligible for any relaxations.
Candidates,
please note any name variations in certificates should be supported by such
legal documents, as may be required under provisions of law / guidelines.
Candidates
from Government/PSU are required to submit NOC / relieving letter from their
current organizations at the time of document verification prior to offer of
appointment. No pay protection or past service benefits shall be provided to
such candidates on joining.
Candidates
must keep their email ID active for at least one year, no change in the email
ID would be allowed.
Corrigendum/addendum/errata
if any will be posted only on NHIDCL's website at www.nhidcl.com under the
heading "Recruitment."
For verification of GATE Score Card, the candidates need to keep their log in credentials such as registered Enrolment ID, email ID, password, mobile number with them so as to fetch the Score Card from the official website of the concerned IIT/IISc during document verification to be undertaken by a third Party appointed by NHIDCL.
