POWERGRID Recruitment 2024– Salary Structure

Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil/ Electronics & Communication/IT)	Contractual Basis	Rs 30000-3%-120000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 30000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @ maximum 35 % of basic pay
Contract personnel will be covered under EPF & EPS MP Act 1952, Payment of Gratuity 1972 and corresponding rules in POWERGRID and also medical benefits.

POWERGRID Recruitment 2024 – Selection Procedure

Selection for Field Engineers will be through Interview only, for the eligible and shortlisted candidates. However, the Management may take a decision to raise the minimum eligibility standard or may conduct the screening test in order to restrict the number of candidates for the personal interview. If the screening test is conducted then it will be of 1 hr duration for 75 marks (in two parts. Part-1: 50 questions on relevant discipline and Part-2: 25 questions on Aptitude). There will be no negative marking.
