It is
mandatory for the Candidate to be able to read, write and speak Odia and
have- (a) Passed Middle School Exam with Odia as one of
the Language subject, or (b) Passed High School Certificate or equivalent
exam with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subject, or (c) Passed Odia as one of the language subject in
the final examination of Class-VII from a School or Educational Institution
recognized by the Govt. of Odisha or the Central Government.
