India Limited Recruitment Notification 2024 – Compensation Package
THDCIL
offers a very lucrative pay package and is one of the best in the Power Sector
Industry. Selected candidates will be placed with a minimum basic pay of Rs.
50,000.00 in the pay scale of Rs. 50,000 - 3%-1,60,000 (IDA) during the training
period as Engineer Trainee. After successful completion of training candidates
will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (E-3 Grade) with the pay scale of Rs.
60,000-3%-1,80,000 (IDA). On regularization, the Compensation package includes
Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Performance Related Pay, Perquisites and allowance
as per cafeteria, Company Leased Accommodation / Company Quarters or House Rent
Allowance.
