Step 2: Before registration candidates are requested to keep the scanned copies ready for uploading at respective places.

3. Recent colour Passportsize photograph

4. Candidates left hand size thumb impression (size 10 KB to 50 KB)

5.Candidates signature Image (size 10 KB to 50 KB)

 Candidates must have valid E- Mail id and Mobile number for registration. Candidate should enter Aadhar number during filling of online application form.

Step 3: For new candidates, click - Registration

Step 4: Read instructions carefully and click - Continue.

Step 5: Fill the online application form with your personal and educational details as required.

Step 6: Recent colour Passport size photograph (taken not before 3 months from date of apply) of size 10 KB to 50 KB (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs). This passport Photograph has to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/her chest with his/her name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters. Change in appearance like growing beard, head gear, etc in comparison to the photograph may result in cancellation of candidature.

Step 7:  Candidate has to pay an registration fee of Rs. 100/- plus GST during the online application form fill-up through online mode by using net banking or by using any other online payment method - Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI.

Step 8: After application form fill-up download the application form for your later use and for your records.

 

What is the Selection Process for IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) Recruitment?

What is the Eligibility for IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) Recruitment?

Agniveervayu (Sports)	Passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics & English from recognized board under Ministry of Education, Govt of India, with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. OR Candidate who has Passed 3 years diploma course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automobiles/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. OR Candidates who have passed Two years Vocational Course with Non-vocational subject viz, Physics and Mathematics from Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.            OR Passed 10+2 or Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.	Candidate should be born between 2nd January, 2004 – 2nd July 2007 (Both dates are included).

 

What is the Examination Fee for IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) Recruitment?

 

To apply for Indian Air Force Agniveervayu (Sports) candidate has to pay a registration fee of Rs. 100/- (plus GST) during the online application form fill-up through online mode by using net banking or by using any other online payment method - Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI. Admit card will be issued to those candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee.

How is the selection trials conducted for IAF Agniveervayu(Sports) Recruitment?

 

The Selection trials for IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) will be conducted in the following phases

(a) Physical Fitness Test (PFT). PFT consists of 1.6 Km run which is to be completed within 07 minutes. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-Ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time as per the following to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.

(b) Sports Skill Trials - (i) Candidates passed in PFT would be called for sports skill trials.

(ii) Sports Skill trials will be conducted for the Sports applied at venues decided by AFSCB in Delhi-NCR.

(C) Medical Test - Recommended Candidates after selection trials will undergo Medical Test. Medical Test will be conducted by Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards.

What is the Pay Scale and other benefits for  IAF Agniveervayu (Sports) Recruitment?

 

 1. Agniveervayu(Sports) will be inducted in the  Indian Air Force under Air Force Act 1950 for four years. Agniveervayu (Sports) would form a distinct rank in the Indian Air Force which will be different from any other existing ranks. Indian Air Force is not bound to retain Agniveervayu(Sports) after a period of four years.

 2. After completion of four years of service, as per the organization’s requirements by the Indian Air Force as per policy, Agniveervayu (Sports)will have an opportunity to apply for permanent position in the Indian Air Force.

3. Leave. The following leave will be applicable for Agniveervayu (Sports) during their service period:  (a) Annual Leave: 30 days/ year. (b) Sick Leave: Based on medical advice.

 4. Medical and CSD Facilities. During their service period in Indian Air Force, Agniveervayu(Sports) will be entitled for medical facility at Service Hospitals as well as CSD provisions.

5. Pay, Allowances and Allied Benefits. Agniveervayu(Sports) joined under this scheme will be paid Rs 30000/- per month package with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in Indian Navy), Dress and Travel allowances will be paid.

6. Terminal Benefits – After 4 years of service Agniveervayu(Sports) will get Seva Nidhi Package. They will be given onetime ‘Seva Nidhi’ package comprises of their monthly contribution with matching contribution by the Government on completion of their service period, as mentioned below:

Agniveervayu(Sports) are not entitled to Gratuity and Pensionary benefits.

7. Life Insurance Cover. Agniveervayu(Sports) are eligible for non-contributory Life Insurance Cover of Rs. 48 lakh for the duration of their engagement period.
