RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024: Recruitment Process

 

RRB Recruitment for Paramedical categories will be carried out in two stages

Stage 1- This stage will be Computer Based Test (CBT) and is common to all notified posts mentioned here. This examination will be conducted at designated computer-based test centres spread across India. The duration of Test will be 90 minutes and total number of questions will be 100.

 

Stage 2- This stage will be Document Verification. Candidates to be shortlisted for Document Verification based on their marks and merit in the stage 1 CBT . The number of shortlisted candidates will be equal to the number of vacancies mentioned by RRB.

1. The Computer Based Test will be of objective type with multiple choice answers. The duration of exam will be of 90 minutes. 2. Total questions will be 100 and total marks - 100. 3. 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer. 4. There shall be negative marking and marks will be deducted for each wrong answer @ 1/3 of the marks allotted for each question. 4. Marks scored in CBT Stage  will be considered for shortlisting candidates for Document Verification.

 

 

RRB Paramedical Recruitment 2024: Online Registration Process

Step 1: Candidate must carefully read the Centralised Employment Notice (Link mentioned above) before filling up the online application to avoid any mistakes.

Step 2: Candidate has to visit any of the official RRB website mentioned below and need to create an account for the CEN No. 04/2024. Candidates must note that they should have their personal mobile number and valid email id for receiving OTPs and for creating the account.

Step 3: Fill up the required information to create your account.

After creating the account candidate must follow the instruction to fill the online application form.

 Note: Mandatory Scanned Documents are to be kept ready by the candidate before filling the online application:

(i) Recent, colour passport size photograph (with plain white background) of the candidate in JPEG image with size of 30 to 70KB (without wearing dark glasses and/or cap). Candidates must keep at least 12 (twelve) copies of the same passport size photograph for future use during the recruitment process.

(ii) Scanned JPEG image of candidate’s signature (running handwriting) with size of 30 to 70KB

(iii) SC /ST Certificate (only for those candidates who request for free train travel pass) in pdf format (up to 500KB).

Step 4: Fill online application form with correct information. Candidates are advised to recheck before final submission.

Step 5: After submission of Application Form candidate will be directed to exam fee payment through online payment methods.

Step 6: Final acceptance of application will be considered only after receiving the confirmation of payment from the candidate.
