Selection process of Trainee Engineer-I will be done
through Written test consists of 100 marks. There will be negative marking of
¼ mark for each wrong response.
In case of tie in marks between the candidates, the
overall percentage of marks obtained in the Engineering degree will be
considered to determine the merit and resolve the tie
Minimum qualifying marks required to qualify for
different categories of candidates are as follows: GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35% and
for SC/ST/PwBD -30% |

Selection Process
of Project Engineer - I will be done through Written test followed by
Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Minimum
qualifying marks required to qualify for different categories of candidates
are as follows: GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35% (WT) & 35 % (Interview) and for
SC/ST/PwBD -30% (WT) & 30 % (Interview)
The
assessment weightage for final selection will be 85% and 15% for written test
and interview respectively
RETENTION
BONUS for Project Engineer: Those candidates who complete overall tenure as Project
Engineer-I of 4 years will be entitled for Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000/- for
every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end
of 4 years i.e.Rs.1,00,000/- |
BEL Engineers Recruitment 2024 - Application Process
Eligible applicants interested for above posts need to apply through online application form provided on the website https://bel.alobhatech.com/ only.
Candidates are requested to read all the instructions carefully given in the notification and fill all the required information correctly in the online application form and also verify the same before final submission, as changes in the application form will not be allowed after final submission of the application form.
b) Those candidates who
are applying for more than one post have to fill two separate application forms
with separate payment receipt for each post.
c)
If any candidate who
is an employee in BEL, he has to submit prior intimation to his respective
SBU/Unit HR.
d) Candidates who
are working as Trainee Engineers in any of the unit of BEL and also completed
minimum one year as Trainee Engineer and fulfil the eligibility criteria as given
in the notification can apply for the post of Project Engineer – I.
List
of documents to be submitted while filling the online application form -
i.)
Scanned copy of passport photo and signature of the candidate has to uploaded.
ii.)
Candidate need to upload SSLC/SSC/ISC marks sheet/certificate or any other
valid documents as proof of date of birth.
iii.)
Candidate has to upload Final degree/ Provisional Degree certificate of BE/B.Tech/BSc.
Engineering.
iv.)
Candidate has to upload proof of mark sheet for CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter
grade/document for percentage/class issued by University/Institution/College.
v.)
Candidates claiming reservation under any of the below mentioned categories -
SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS respectively are required to submit the certificate in the
prescribed format.

Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous/ current
employer for Project Engineer-I need to be submitted.

Candidate employed on permanent/fixed term basis in Govt Sector or Public
Sectors Undertaking should compulsorily submit the No Objection Certificate
along with the application.
